He is a BICA-registered Accounting Technician, fully licensed to operate a non-audit accounting firm in Botswana, and plays a strategic role as a committee member of the BICA Accounting Technicians Committee, where he contributes to the development of ethical standards and professional excellence within the industry.
Mr. Masiziani also holds certifications in Anti-Money Laundering Compliance and continues to provide clear, client-focused financial solutions aligned with national regulations. As the founder of CBBS, he is committed to helping startups and SMEs build financially sound, compliant, and scalable businesses through cloud-based financial systems and strategic advisory services.
